Passive House – Strangford Lough

C60 Design Ltd. worked with the client to design their dream of living in a modern single storey home with the style of a Georgian farm dwelling. The house will be situated on a magnificent site overlooking Strangford Lough with views out to Scrabo Tower and the Mourne Mountains. The final design included all these elements to achieve a home that maximises its natural context and surroundings. Interiors will reflect the blend of traditional elegance and modern convenience. The house will be designed and built to the Passive House standard and detail, with renewable energy systems providing hot water, heating and electricity.
