House extension Advice
If you are considering moving but still love the location of your current house and would consider extending or if you are considering buying a property with the view to extend and would like some ideas, we can help. Our ideas service is a perfect first step and gives you accurate, scaled drawings that allow you to plan your next move.
Option A – potential floor plans
We will provide you with proposed sketch floor plans, based on your requirements, which will illustrate the flexibility of your property – showing a potential new layout and extension possibilities.
The proposed floor plans will include an indication of the increased floor area.
Option B – potential design study
We will provide a full design study which will demonstrate the potential of your property, allowing you to visualize how it could be adapted to suit your requirements.
This design study will include proposed sketch plans (as per Option A), an artistic perspective sketch of a key part of the house and extension, an architectural description of the proposed scheme and a summary of planning, structural and cost implications. It will include an indication of the increased floor area.
