Alan Ritchie is a highly creative registered Architect and certified Passivhaus Designer. He specialises in creating highly energy-efficient bespoke homes. He has also worked on large-scale commercial and leisure projects including the Olympic Village and major retail developments.
Our Town Planning capabilities have been reinforced by the addition of registered Town Planner, Neil Calvin. With his specialist knowledge, C60 is well placed to provide accurate and robust Town Planning advice on all building matters from PPS21 dwelling applications to Retail and Environmental Impact statements. His legal qualifications also ensure that we are able to provide in-house advice on planning appeals and challenges to planning applications.
