Through clear, easy to understand procedures, our certified Project Management staff proactively lead projects to minimise the potential for delay and avoid unforeseen costs.

C60 has a practical client oriented approach to Project Management.

All projects are led by a company Director who takes an active role in the delivery of the project, working hand in hand with both the client and contractor towards the common goal of a successfully delivered project.

C60 Director Roger Perrott is an RSUA certified Project Manager who has successfully delivered projects of all sizes and across many sectors. Amongst his completed projects are some of the largest and most complex construction projects in Ireland including the construction of Coca-Cola’s all Ireland production facility and the first phase of the redevelopment of Ravenhill Rugby ground.

Whether you require a major commercial development, a domestic extension or your dream home, understanding what you need and want is critical to successful project management of your project.

We take great care to make sure that the brief is clearly defined including; key requirements, your likes and dislikes, your budget and your future plans.

We can prepare detailed tender documentation and administer the tender process to provide competitive project costing and give you certainty that your project is being delivered at the best possible price.

We use proven contract forms on all projects. These are tailored to the scope of the project and give clarity of the roles and responsibilities of all involved in the project.

During construction we inspect works and monitor progress and provide reports to you outlining any potential issues which need addressed.

We provide monthly certification of work completed to give you assurance that the standard of workmanship complies with the contract and that any payment made reflects the value of work carried out.

We use specialist analysis techniques and software to define realistic project programmes.

We identify and monitor the critical path through the works. We use the Project Programme Management tool to identify potential delays and identify how best to sequence works to ensure completion on time.

We use value based project risk assessments to help define risk and contingency levels.

During project validation we review and advise on appropriate contingency levels.

We act as an intermediary between you and the Contractor, formalizing instructions and providing a mechanism by which project costs can be controlled to avoid unnecessary overspend.

Throughout the project we work with the project team to provide regular cost updates and provide early warning os any potential overspend. Where appropriate we will recommend mitigating actions to avoid such potential variations.

We have the required skills knowledge and experience to perform the duties of Designer and where required Principal Designer under the CDM2015 and CDM(NI)2016 regulations
Whether heading a multi-disciplinary design team or acting as the sole consultant on a project, we enforce our company quality management system to ensure that you receive the highest possible level of service.

Our success is based on our track record of customer satisfaction, with the vast majority of our projects being generated from repeat business and referrals.

“Working on a project with Roger Perrott for over two years gave me a good insight to their capability and contribution to a team. They were always calm and professional and found a great balance between engaging with all involved yet being forceful and directive when needed. They learned about new processes very quickly and were a great to coach to others when they were the expert. Their stature within the team grew not from seniority, but from the quality and consistency of their input. I look forward to working with them again in the future.”
Neil McDonald, The Coca-Cola Company
